Processing Times

Orders may take 2–5 business days to process before being dropped off with the carrier. We are not responsible for USPS or UPS delays once the package has been accepted by the carrier. 

Cost & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier‑provided and not guaranteed. We can only guarantee when your order is handed off to USPS or UPS.  

Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Your order is considered delivered once the carrier scans it as delivered to the address you provided at checkout. All risk in the product passes to you at that point. 

Hot Weather Advisory

Refunds will not be given for heat‑damaged or melted candy. USPS and UPS do not consider melted items a valid damage claim.

Gummy candy can melt if left outside, in a mailbox, or on a porch during hot weather. Please track your package and be available at delivery, or choose to hold your package at USPS for pickup.

You may add an ice pack to your order for extra protection.

If you are uncomfortable with warm‑weather shipping, please wait until cooler months to place your order.

Incorrect Address

We cannot change the shipping address once your order has shipped. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee for redelivery.

Cancellations

Orders are final once shipped. If you need to cancel before shipment, please contact us at sweetzssugarshop@gmail.com. Cancellations may be subject to a small restocking/processing fee.

Sweetzssugarshop.com reserves the right to cancel any order flagged as suspicious, fraudulent, or otherwise necessary to protect our business.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect item, or a partial order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue so we can assist you.
