Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final once they have been processed and/or shipped. Because our products are edible, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons.

If you need to cancel an order before it is processed, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.


Incorrect Address

Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double‑check your shipping information before submitting your order.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may request reshipment by paying a new shipping fee.


Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at: sweetzssugarshop@gmail.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the damaged items

  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and assist you accordingly.

***Please note that texture/flavor of a candy is not a defect. We take pride in the freshness of our candy. We sometimes notice slight differences in texture from the manufacturer, and we would never send out anything that we deem unacceptable. Therefore, we can not issue a refund if you dislike the texture/flavor of your candy.


Hot Weather Advisory

Refunds will not be given for heat‑damaged or melted candy.

USPS and UPS do not consider melted items a valid damage claim.

Gummy candy can melt if left:

  • In a mailbox

  • On a porch

  • In direct sunlight

  • During hot months

To protect your order:

  • Track your package and be available at delivery

  • Consider shipping to a workplace or indoor location

  • Add an ice pack to your order for extra precaution

  • Hold your package at USPS for pickup if needed

If you are uncomfortable with warm‑weather shipping, please wait until cooler months to place your order.


Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing items or contains incorrect products, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue.


Non‑Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances.
